Customer and Authorized Users must not use the Services to:
- 1. violate law or third-party rights;
- 2. operate drones or sensors without required authorizations, permits, waivers, licenses, notices, consents, or insurance;
- 3. process personal data without a lawful basis;
- 4. conduct unlawful surveillance or harassment;
- 5. track, identify, profile, or target individuals unlawfully;
- 6. upload malware or harmful code;
- 7. interfere with networks, aircraft, communications, GNSS, command-and-control links, docks, payloads, or systems;
- 8. attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, APIs, data, or networks;
- 9. reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or benchmark the Services for competitive purposes;
- 10. exceed rate limits or bypass technical restrictions;
- 11. use the Services for weapons development, military targeting, unlawful counter-drone activity, or harmful payload deployment unless expressly permitted under a written agreement and lawful;
- 12. use the Services in sanctioned jurisdictions or by sanctioned parties;
- 13. submit classified information, protected health information, payment-card data, children’s data, biometric data, or other regulated data unless expressly authorized in the Order Form and DPA;
- 14. use AI Features for prohibited AI uses described in the FlytBase AI and Data Use Policy;
- 15. remove, disable, or bypass audit logs, command authority, user roles, safety controls, geofencing, security controls, or operational safeguards;
- 16. misrepresent FlytBase as the operator, regulator, guarantor, or emergency responder for Customer’s deployment unless expressly agreed in writing.
FlytBase may suspend or restrict access to the Services if it reasonably believes use of the Services violates this Acceptable Use Policy, creates legal, safety, security, aviation, privacy, or operational risk, or may harm FlytBase, Customer, third parties, aircraft, personnel, property, networks, or the Services.
